A textile sculpture created as an entry for the Loewe Craft Prize. The work takes grief as its subject — exploring how cloth can hold and release emotional weight. A tall column of draped linen, netting, and knotted string descends from a carved wooden crown toward the floor.

The piece references the tradition of the burial shroud and the act of undressing — cloth as both protection and exposure. The title refers not to an individual sorrow but to the shared experience of loss.
